Slight fading of fabrics after washing is NOT a flaw and you will not be issued a refund. The method by which you wash your fabric is not at our discretion. We cannot guarantee the outcome of your preferred products. The printed color from strike offs to the bulk order may vary; this is not uncommon. Color may vary by 5-10%. This is not considered a flaw. Should a cosmetic flaw occur, a refund will be determined by the size of the flaw and the fabric’s use. Cosmetic mishaps such as smudging or irregularities on the selvage are not considered flaws.

Washing or altering the fabric (i.e., cutting, sewing, etc.) before reporting a cosmetic flaw to an admin voids policy. ANY issues with an order should also be reported to an admin within five (5) days of receiving fabric. Refunds or replacements will not be honored after a fabric has been altered. Members must contact an admin with five (5) days of receiving their fabric to disclose any flaws.
All items will be shipped via USPS. All ready to ship items currently have a 1-2 business day turnaround time. Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
